First this subcontracted mover, GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL, tried to scam me and charge thousands more for unnecessary extras even after I told them I did not need or want the extras. Then they began harassing me daily and making threats. When our shipment arrived to them for delivery, they left everything in the elements for a week and everything was so soaked that the truck driver refused to reload until the floor of his truck was protected. Some Furniture was badly water damaged, Heirloom furniture was nearly destroyed, broken legs off furniture. Boxes so soaked that they were literally falling apart & contents falling out. There were 43 of 400 boxes & items missing! That's more than 10%, We have moved several times with US ARMY, even overseas and never experienced anything like the destruction these people caused. These are strictly my opinion and my experience on this particular move.
Response of Global International Relocation
Dear Customer, i'm truly sorry about this situation, we are at this moment working and finding more information, however for what we saw we were contracted to clear and deliver, we were no responsible in any stage of the damages cause (and we have proof that this was reported immediately to the booker agent), so this claim should be redirect and solved with the contracted company. In any case, we will find out more information and the operations manager will get in touch to clarify any concerns and help you with any additional information you may need. Kind Regards
