39While day 1 of the mover went well. day 2 was a disaster:
Your team broke a 200 Euro vase (photo attached);
The quality of the packing was abysmal on day 2;
When we hired your firm, we were told you would crate the outdoor table we have which is very fragile. We paid for this. This was not done and no crate was provided. We expect photo proof of this table top being crated or we expect to be reimbursed for the amount you charged us;
Your packer was packing a garden leaf blower on our dining room table. Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] told him this was not OK. His response to Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] was to hand him the leaf blower and he indicated 'do it yourself'
When we contracted your firm, you told us your workers were AGS employees. The team we had was not. and the poor quality on day 2 reflected this.
Again, I remind you, we have paid 40% more for AGS than your nearest competitor. the service we received this week does not in any way reflect this.
