Leider wurden viele Sachen kaputt gemacht, es ging einiges verloren und es wurde nicht, wie vertraglich festgehalten alles erledigt. Schade :/

Die Termine hätten wir gerne etwas früher erfahren, um uns darauf einzustellen. Das Team, dass in Deutschland unsere Sachen verladen hat, war super: freundlich, unkompliziert, sehr achtsam mit dem Umzugsgut und zuverlässig.
Das Team in Portugal, dass uns unsere Sachen gebracht hat, war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, aber etwas zu flott dabei, da sie am gleichen Tag noch einen weiteren Umzug erledigen wollten.
Da unsere Sachen in Coimbra umgeladen wurden, bevor man diese zu uns brachte, sind wenige Dinge gequetscht oder verkratzt worden. Soweit wir schon ausgepackt haben, ist es aber ein sehr geringfügiger Schaden, der für uns noch akzeptabel ist.
Es hat letztendlich alles gut geklappt.

I am updating my review as the company has in the meantime found a solution to allow us to get our belongings earlier. Planning was certainly a challenge as we were moving at a very busy time of year, but the company found a way to help us. I must mention Jorge, Lucas and Igor. Jorge in particular is an amazing professional who goes the extra mile to make every move and delivery a great success. We had hundreds of boxes full of all sorts of electrical equipment, lots and lots of clothes and fragile items. Everything was delivered and nothing went wrong.
